Experience :- 10 to 15 Years

Purpose:
Responsible for rate analysis, tendering, making comparatives

Organizational Structure:
Manager contracts reports to Director.

Responsibilities:-
 To prepare of prequalification requisites for various contracts
 To analyse the vendors as per prerequisites, profiles, capabilities & suitability.
 To prepare Interpretation& floating the tenders as per the schedules.
 To give brief information to vendors about the terms & conditions of tenders.
 To Short list the vendor, analyse tenders for the terms & conditions, comparatives & analysis.
 Responsible for preliminary negotiations & involved in final negotiation with HOD & VP. Awarding LOI & service orders, variation orders to vendors.
 To keep updated market information about rates, terms etc.
 To arrange fortnightly Contract meetings project wise to resolve the contract related disputes.
 To coordinate with Contractor & Site in-charge about contractor’s bills.
 To do Rate analysis for various civil works.
 To make preliminary &final negotiations.
 To approve work orders in ERP.
 Responsible for conducting reviews and considering legal aspects of contract award &administration, also to ensure orders are completed within budget & on time.
 To ensure legal compliance of all Major contractors such as Insurance policy, BOCW, & labour license etc. is done, and maintaining proper documents of the same.
 To prepare contract standard guidelines to issue work orders.
 To issue standard operating process at site before commencement of any work.
 To update labour rate revision for various activities on quarterly basis.
 To prepare MIS reports such as Manpower analysis, contractor performance analysis, work order release reports on monthly basis.
 To prepare activity-wise database of current contractors & new contractors in report on quarterly basis.
