Department :- Human Resources
• Responsible to handle all HR practices.
• To be a support to business for HR requirements.
• To provide induction to new candidates.
Organization Structure
• The Sr Executive HR reports to theAsst Manager-HR.

Main Responsibilities

1) Induction & Boarding
 To complete joining formalities of the candidates.
 To co-ordinate orientation program for employee to the organization.
 To coordinate with IT for HR data base.
 To assist to prepare for HR Manual & HR policies.
2) PMS
 To assist in devising new PMS system & its implementation.
 To conduct Annual Performance Appraisal exercise with view to boost morale of employees.
 To implement performance reward system.
 To act timely on Confirmation, Increment, promotions & rewarding the employees.
3) Employee Relations:
 To maintain harmonious Employee Relations.
 To handle grievance of employees to bring high satisfaction level.
 To conduct periodic meetings & initiate immediate corrective actions- Canteen, Safety, Sports, Sexual Harassment, etc.
 To handle timely & effectively grievances of employees.
 Escalate HR issues to top management thru VP HR & seek support to resolve.

4) Employee Opinion Survey
 To assist to conduct periodical employee opinion survey at regular intervals to review & improve retention of employees.
5) HR Policies
 To assist for framing HR policies in consultation of Management
 To assist to execute the HR policies successfully
6) Communication
 Interaction with employees at regular intervals ,share knowledge & information
 To conduct periodic communication meeting of employees.
 Introduce new communication channels like House magazines,
7) HR Support :
 To support, comply, administer timely & effectively all related activities on all sites & Plant
8) Exit Formalities
 To complete exit formalities of leaving employees
 To conduct employee feedback of leaving employees & initiate corrective actions
