Jobs Description

Managing end to end HR operations & employee life cycle ( from entry to exit ) · Hands on experience in talent management function with focus on hiring, campus activities, on boarding and retention strategies · Accountable for statutory compliances like PF, PT, Bonus, gratuity, etc. Previous experience in handling these matters is desirable · Manage compensation programs like attendance, pay roll, increment cycles, etc · Drive employee engagement activities, games, parties and employee connect sessions · Manage performance management systems( PMS) to create a performance excellence culture · Drive various employee benefit programs like insurance, engagement activities to boost employee morale and productivity · Accountable for supervising admin activities for smooth operation
